Who will attend?

The programme is specially designed for banks to build teamwork and a shared sense of mission at the operational and execution levels. It is targeted at middle and senior managers who are being groomed for key leadership positions, and who need to understand how their work contributes to the overall functioning of the bank.

As such, we strongly advise that participants register in teams of FIVE, comprising middle and senior managers with any combination of the following skill-sets:

Delegates do not need have prior knowledge of any technical area in detail. Notes will be provided to facilitate a common understanding of the topics.
