Tim Kobe, Founder and CEO, Eight Inc
Tim Kobe founded the globally recognized strategic design firm Eight Inc. in 1989, today with offices in San Francisco, New York, Honolulu, Tokyo, London, Singapore and Beijing leading in innovation and brand experience. Eight Inc. works with companies such as Apple, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Nike. In the past, Kobe worked with Herb Rosenthal and Associates, as well as Murray Gelberg and The Burdick Group. In 1987 he became a founding partner in West Office Design Associates, a firm focusing on museum and exhibition design that was responsible for the master planning of museums and for several science museum exhibitions in the US and the Hong Kong Science Museum. Kobe is also a trustee at Art Center College of Design and currently serves as chairman of the Academic Affairs Committee.

Matthias Kröner, Co-Founder, shareholder and CEO of Fidor Bank, blogger and author
Matthias Kroener is co-founder and CEO of Munich-based Fidor Bank. His responsibilities include strategic matters, business development, as well as investor, public, and blogger relations. Kröner is a passionate, knowledgeable, internationally highly experienced personality, as well as entrepreneur who started his career in the hospitality business. From 1993 to 2002 he co-founded and established DAB Bank, the first continental European discount and online broker. In 1997, at the age of 32, he became the youngest CEO and executive board member to be ever appointed at a German bank. In 1999 he led the public listing of DAB Bank with a 49 times oversubscription at a valuation of 500 million euros. In 2006, Fidor Bank applied for a banking licence, which was granted in 2009. Fidor Bank opened its digital doors in January 2010 and today has offices and representatives in Munich, Berlin, London, Sophia, Moscow and New York.

Sergio Salvador, Global Head of Games Partnerships, Google
Sergio Salvador is currently global head of games partnerships at Google. Previously he has worked with Yahoo!, Electronic Arts and Nokia, focused on building and bringing to market software, applications and digital services in the videogames, mobile and digital media spaces across the Asia Pacific region. His more than 15 years of career experience has been in general management, marketing and strategic business development. Salvador also has experience in entrepreneurship, having launched startup firms, while simultaneously serving as vice chair of the Singapore chapter for the Interactive Advertising Bureau of Southeast Asia’s Innovation Committee, a globally affiliated trade association of leading companies in the Southeast Asia digital advertising sector; and as board director of the Avelife Foundation.

Seung-Gun Lee, Founder and CEO, Viva Republica
Lee Seung-Gun is founder and CEO of Viva Republica, the first and the only Fintech start-up in Korea providing innovative P2P money transfer service through mobile phone. Upon graduation, Lee started out serving his military duties. Since 2011, he has been focused on providing simple, safe and cost-justifiable financial services which can maximize values of individuals and SMEs in Korea. Lee won first prize from the startup competition "Demo day" hosted by D.CAMP, established by the organization of banks foundation for young entrepreneurs. He also received commendation from the small and medium business administration in October 2014. Viva Republica raised $ 1 million in seed funding from Silicon Valley based Altos Ventures in June 2014, and now cooperates with four major banks in Korea.

Shonali Krishnaswamy, Head, Data Analytics Department, Institute for Infocomm Research
Shonali Krishnaswamy is head of the data analytics department at the Institute for Infocomm Research. The department is the largest R&D group focused on data science in Singapore working in data mining and data management. Krishnaswamy directs and leads a number of analytics-focused R&D labs with strategic industry partners including banking and financial services. Prior to this, she was a tenured associate professor and director of the Centre for Distributed Systems and Software Engineering in the Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University, Australia. She has published around 200 research journals and received awards including the IBM Innovation Award.

Ian Blair, General Manager, Retail Bank, Westpac
Ian Blair is the general manager, retail bank of Westpac, a post he has held since 2012. He reports to the CEO as a member of the executive team and is responsible for leading the delivery of the bank’s strategy through its network of retail branches, self-serve infrastructure and customer contact centres. Blair joined Westpac New Zealand in December 2007 as general manager, business banking. Prior to this he was general manager, commercial banking, Australia with over 1,000 staff generating a billion dollars in revenue annually. His extensive experience covers multiple roles in branches, including credit and business banking in Asia, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

Maninder Juneja, Senior General Manager, ICICI Bank
Maninder Juneja is currently senior general manager of ICICI Bank as well as all-India head for retail banking covering strategy, products, branch banking and distribution channels. Within the bank, Juneja has headed various divisions encompassing retail assets, risk and policy, credit and collections, business intelligence and branch banking. He also leads bank’s various efforts in the area of payments and service innovations, many of which are industry firsts. He has been vice chairman of ICICI Home Finance since April 2010, and sits on the board of various companies including NPCI and CIBIL. Juneja started his career with Godrej as a branch manager, prior to joining ICICI Bank

Jin Kang Zwicky, VP Group Customer Experience, OCBC Bank
Jin Kang Zwicky is a design strategist and practitioner executing simplicity and beauty in financial services. She is currently a VP in group customer experience at OCBC Bank in Singapore driving the business success of retail banking, Gen Y banking (FRANK by OCBC), premier banking and wealth management businesses through fostering customer-centric design process and organisational culture. Before joining OCBC Bank, she was with Credit Suisse Private Bank in Switzerland setting customer experience strategy in key markets and designed experiences across critical channels and key processes of private banking customers. She is a top-rated keynote speaker at marketing, banking and customer experience conferences in Europe and Asia. Jin is a recognised speaker and publisher of Designful Company, a design publication written for leaders in financial services with the goal to provide design tools, insights and inspiration.

Chris Chong, CEO, Orchard Turn Developments
Chris Chong is CEO of Orchard Turn Developments, a joint venture between CapitaLand and Sun Hung Kai Properties. He has overall responsibility for the strategic, financial and asset management of ION Orchard, a retail mall valued at about $2.2 billion (as of 31 December 2012). Chong is also concurrently CEO development management (residential) for The Orchard Residences, the tallest building along Singapore’s premier shopping street. In the past he has been senior vice president and head of the asset management team for the $2 billion Starhill Global REIT listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange with office and retail assets in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia and Japan. From 1999 to 2005, Chong was director of the Singapore Economic Development office in Paris, France.

Marcelo Wesseler, CEO, SingPost eCommerce
Marcelo Wesseler is CEO of SingPost eCommerce, a member of the Singapore Post Group. Prior to joining Singapore Post, Marcelo was head of e-Commerce at RS Components Asia Pacific where he was responsible for growing the business to more than $100m annually. During his eight year tenure at Hewlett-Packard in Palo Alto, he was responsible for development of their US eCommerce site and global direct consumer sales. He also established an entirely new e-commerce delivery organization in Singapore and Shanghai. Marcelo started his career as a senior eCommerce consultant at KPMG Consulting in Switzerland and he was an early eCommerce pioneer when he helped establish sonystyle.com, mini.com, bmw.com and one of Europe's first online shopping platforms together with Deutsche Post in 1997.

Tom Mouhsian, Principal Advisor, Financial Services, Management Consulting (ASEAN),
Customer & Growth Practice Lead (ASEAN)

Tom Mouhsian is principal advisor, financial services, management consulting (ASEAN) and customer & growth practice lead (ASEAN) with KMPG. He oversees competitive growth strategies focusing on customer experience, loyalty, product and channel innovations, digitally-led transformations, customer data & analytics, and other solutions relevant to retail financial services today. The customer & growth practice group aims to serve as a vital link between business, operations and IT, but coming from a strategic angle that focuses first and foremost on the needs of the consumer, thus adding purpose to the IT, giving added relevance to operations, and ultimately supporting the “business” in the pursuit of strategic growth and market differentiation. Prior to KPMG, Mouhsian helped to build and operate a successful multinational boutique consultancy that worked on exclusive, turn-key transformational assignments, often at shareholder invitation. In the past, he also spent eight years as a professional government lobbyist and business negotiator focusing on international trade, public policy and foreign direct investments. He contributed to the successful resolution of close to a hundred commercial dispute cases valued at billions of dollars, involving entire industries or individual corporations and government entities in 20+ countries.

Tamsin Greulich-Smith, Member, IT Strategy and Management, Institute of Systems Science, NUS
Tamsin Greulich-Smith is part of the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science (ISS), specializing in IT leadership, service innovation and business transformation. Prior to joining ISS, as managing director of innovation strategy firm Wood Holmes, she lead the innovation, communications and partnering strategies for the 2012 Major UK Civil Engineering Project of the Year, the SG $715m New Tyne Crossing private public partnership. She is a published author with international experience in leading and delivering fully integrated strategic communications, innovation and change management programmes with award winning results. She has particular expertise in tackling hard-to-solve challenges through design thinking, risk communications, and strategic liaison.

Aubrey Hawes, Senior Director – Product Marketing , Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit
Aubrey Hawes is a senior director in Oracle’s Financial Services Global Business Unit focusing on digital and pricing and billing solutions. He is responsible for product marketing of Oracle digital banking solutions and Oracle revenue management and billing. Hawes has over 20 years of experience working with global financial services companies including National Australia Bank, Suncorp Bank, Key Bank, Northern Trust, China Trust Commercial Bank, CIBC and many others. Previously he worked for IBM, Eontec and Siebel in various software development, project management, product management and marketing roles. He is a holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
