 Notes:

• All rates are subject to 10% service charge, 10% municipality and Tourism Dirham fee of AED20 per bedroom / night.
• Above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast at main restaurant.
• Official check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• The above rates are applicable for 3 days pre and post reservation will be subject to room availability.

Airport Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged upon request at the cost of AED300 per way, per car utilizing a standard vehicle or AED 350 per way, per car utilizing a luxury vehicle. A maximum of three (03) guests per car per way is recommended. All rates are inclusive of service charge and municipality fee.

Visa
The hotel can assist to process a tourist visa if the guest has guaranteed reservation at The Ritz- Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre and they will be in contact with the Dubai Immigration Authorities on your behalf.
Non-refundable visa fee is 600 AED per visa which is valid for single entry at Dubai International Airport. To best service guests, the hotel require a minimum of 10 days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to proceed with the application.
The Visa Holder must leave the country upon check-out from the hotel. Guests who stay in the country after checking-out form the hotel are in breach of these terms and conditions and their respective tourist visa and may face court action and/or penalties.
As visas are handled by the UAE Immigration, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre will not be held responsible for any delays or non-approval of visa applications. In case if cancellation, no-show or any rejection by the Dubai Immigration Authority, the cost of visa will not be refundable and additional 100AED will be charged to the credit card provided. If the guest exceeds the limit of the visa duration, a penalty of 100AED per day will be imposed on the holder upon exiting the country or the holder will be liable for legal action as per UAE law. The law, charges and litigation is subject to change without prior notice.
