Who Can Participate

Professionals in any Philippine financial institution can send more than one team composed of at least five and a maximum of fifteen employees. Eligible institutions include:

  • Regulatory bodies
  • Banks
  • Insurance companies
  • Asset management companies
  • Finance companies
  • Central banks
  • Securities companies
  • Other FI-related organisations

Types Of Performance

  • Dance
  • Singing
  • Magic show
  • Play
  • Comedy
  • Others

Prizes

A certificate of participation will be given to each team, and exciting prizes awaits the top three winning team.

Allowed Materials And Props

  • Participants can use any props and costumes, EXCEPT those which may cause injuries. Using fire, chemicals, and any other harmful objects are prohibited.
  • Dangerous exhibitions such as lifting is also not allowed.

Mechanics To Register

  • Participants should be current employees of the organisation.
  • Fill up the registration form and submit it on or before 12pm of 30 September 2016 Philippine time.
  • Please send the two- three minutes video via Wetransfer (https://www.wetransfer.com) or Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com) to gtan@theasianbanker.com. The video has to be in AVI or MP4 format. Please feel free to submit previous DVD videos/ performances that you have previously done that can capture the heart of the audience.
  • The top three shortlisted videos will be uploaded in our website for voting by 6pm of 30 September 2016.
  • The top three groups will be given a maximum of five minutes to perform on the day of Talent Bank Philippines.

Criteria For Judging

Our panel of judges will select the top three talents, based on the following criteria:

Showmanship (execution, audience impact) 25%
Creativity (originality, expression and use of props and costumes) 30%
Stage Presence (poise, appearance) 15%
Online Voting 30%
Total 100%
