This will be a high-level dialogue between West Africa’s retail bankers and their peers from other regions. Around 20 senior executives from West Africa and other regions retail banking and payments industries will take part in this dialogue, along with 30-50 supporting executives participating as observers. Each of the roundtable dialogues will see senior decision makers from retail, technology, risk, innovation, operations, strategy and planning.
