Tang Ning
Founder and CEO, CreditEase

Tang Ning is the founder and CEO of CreditEase and Chairman of Beijing P2P Association. Recognising the contribution that the 60 million small and micro enterprises to the Chinese economy, and inspired by the fledgling microfinance sectors in other developing economies, Ning established CreditEase in 2006. He believes that everyone deserves access to credit, and that credit can generate value for all sectors of the community. This guiding philosophy has underpinned the growth of the business from a single product business to today's diversified financial services business. CreditEase now provides products and services to farmers and agricultural borrowers, microfinance clients, consumers, micro-businesses and wealth management clients covering 251 cities (including Hong Kong) and 93 rural areas across China.


Henri Arslanian
PwC, FinTech & RegTech Lead, China/HK and U.S. Liaison

Henri Arslanian is the FinTechand RegTech Lead for PWC in Greater China. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong where he teaches graduate courses on entrepreneurship in finance as well as the first fintechcourse in Asia. Henri is a regular speaker, published author and currently sits on several boards and advisory boards including the HKSFA FinTech Committee and the Financial Services Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He is also a member of the FSDC fintech working group advising the Hong Kong government. Henri has received many industry and academic awards including one of the most influential individuals in fintech in Asia to the Governor General of Canada Gold Medal for Academic Excellence.


Cai Canhuang
Deputy GM and SVP, Private Banking, China Merchants Bank

Cai Canhuang is the deputy GM and SVP of Private Banking at China Merchants Bank. Cai has about 27 years of working experience in the retail banking industry, during which he spent his first 18 working years in the CTBC Bank and Mega Financial Holding in Taiwan. Thereafter, he joined the Department of Private Banking in the China Merchants Bank (CMB) headquarters, where together with other top bankers managed to establish the CMB private banking (PB) team, which later became the largest and best private banking institution in China. As one of the very first private bankers in China, Cai is in charge of the PB sector including overseas expansion, carte-blanche investment, investment consultancy and investment research.


Ray Chou
Principal, Greater China Financial Services Practice, Bain & Company

Ray Chou is working as principal of the Greater China Financial Services Practice for Bain & Company. He has extensive experience across the areas including strategy, wealth and asset management, Fintech, NPS, performance improvement, business model design and organisational transformation. Chou has recently led multiple innovative projects in wealth management and asset management in the context of digitalization trend in China.Before this role he worked with MasterCard as head of business development.


Richard Williamson
Managing Director, Creditease Wealth Management

With more than 25 years’global working experiencein financial industry including asset management, banking, insurance and other financial services, Richard Williamsonis an expertin financial product development, fund manager selection, platform development and corporate investment. Since 2002,Richard started working in Asia. He was first served in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and then worked for Baring Private Equity Asia. Prior to joining CreditEase in 2014, Richard worked as a senior partnerfor Ernst & Youngin charge of financial advisory services in Asia.
