Ida Rumondang Hasiholan Sipahutar, Deputy Director, Banking Supervision, OJK
Ida Rumondang Hasiholan Sipahutar is deputy director of product, activity and AML – CFT in the department of banking research and regulation of Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK). She started her career at Bank Indonesia in 1992 as a bank examiner, and has been with OJK since 2005. She graduated awith a Bacherlor’s in Economics and also has a Masters of Commerce from The Queensland University of Technology.

Farid Rahman, Vice Chairman, Bankers Association of Indonesia (PERBANAS)
Farid Rahman is currently vice chairman of the Bankers Association of Indonesia and commissioner of Bank Saudara. He also holds the positions of director of Medco Duta, president commisioner of Bank Himpunan Saudara, and commissioner of Multi Fabrindo Gemilang. Prior to this, Rahman was president director at Bank Saudara until mid-2011. With over 30 years in banking, Rahman started his career in 1984 with Bank Duta before joining Bank Saudara to head its international banking division. Rahman is involved in various organizations both in Indonesia and overseas, and has an EMBA from the Golden University San Francisco. He has also completed various professional certifications in areas including strategic risk management.

Steve Monaghan, Regional Director, Head of Edge, AIA
Steve Monaghan is currently regional director, head of edge at AIA, accountable their innovation agenda. Prior to this, he held a number of senior corporate and banking roles in product, marketing, operations and general management, working for leading corporations and financial institutions including Dell, Compaq, Citigroup, OCBC, Shinsei and DBS. Throughout his career, Steve has specialized in introducing new business models, businesses and products in all major markets in Asia and has filed six patents.
Mahesh Ranade, Senior Vice President, Bank Mandiri 
Mahesh Ranade is currently senior vice president at Bank Mandiri, handling strategic technology programs, and with his team manages the conceptualization, design and implementation of transformative programs such as MDM & CRM; DWH, Big Data & analytics; supply chain & cash management; retail multi-channel; and merchant acquiring systems. He has 18 years of experience in strategy formulation and execution in both wholesale and consumer areas.
Bernard Lokasasmita, Head of Service, Operational Excellence and Business Intelligence Unit, Retail Banking, Permata Bank
Bernard Lokasasmita has been head of service, operational excellence and the business intelligence unit, retail banking for Permata bank since 2009. His insight in customer centricity has led to bounds of improvement in customer service. Lokasamita revamped the end-to-end process in mortgage turn-around-time from 32 days to 5 days and improved the cross sell ratio from 2.2 to 2.5 within six month, bringing extra value to the customer and the institution . Prior to this, he was head of operational excellence, consumer banking Indonesia, Standard Chartered Bank from 2006-2008, where he established a new process for credit cards and personal loans end-to-end TAT from 14 days to 3 days.
Debashis Sarkar, Global Head of Reengineering, Standard Chartered Bank
Debashis Sarkar is currently global head of reengineering at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this, he was head for organizational excellence at ICICI Bank. He is the winner of the 2014 Phil Crosby Medal and is known worldwide for his contributions to lean management and customer performance improvement, with his pioneering work in this space having been adopted by practitioners worldwide. Sarkar is the author of seven books, investing more than 23 years in leadership positions in various global organisations.
Sriram Srinivasan, Director, Digital Engagement, Citibank Asia-Pacific
Sriram Srinivasan has over 15 years of experience in consumer e-banking business, technology, operations and marketing, handling large transformational initiatives across various geographies. He was instrumental in launching online banking at Citibank Japan. Srinivasan specialized in the design of end-to-end digital solutions that provide excellent customer experience as well as solid business value. He has established a regional eBusiness Center of Execution, handling various facets of digital banking including content management, creative development, e-DM, e-statements, web analytics, “Smart Banking” branch solutions, email deliverability and online acquisition form design.
Vincent Suteja Tee, SVP - Alternate Channel Retail Banking Head, Bank Danamon
Vincent Suteja Tee is currently Bank Danamon Indonesia’s senior vice president, alternate channels, where he oversees the ATM, internet banking and mobile banking. Tee is responsible for setting processes and procedures to ensure lT projects related to their respective alternate channels are in compliance with the bank’s policy, as well as Bank Indonesia guidelines. Prior to this, he was vice president acquisition, corporate card and telesales with the bank. Prior to Danamon, Tee was with ABN AMRO where he successfully launch their PL programme by combining the MGM Card acquisition programme and Staff Get Member programme.

Greg Russell, Head of Alliances and Channels, Asia, Middle East & Africa IBM Security Trusteer
Greg Russell is a senior client engagement business executive with over 25 years of regional leadership and management experience across sales, business development and marketing functions. Russell works closely with Fortune 500 company leadership and business functional teams, with consultative contributions towards driving greater business compliance, revenue and customer experience forward. Prior to IBM, he held management positions with Top Global MNC companies such as British Telecoms, and Telstra. He has spent an extensive amount of time in Asia and Europe working with a global client portfolio.

Rudy Hamdani, Head of Digital and Online Channel Management, Bank ANZ Indonesia
Rudy Hamdani is currently the senior vice president, head of digital and online channel management at Bank ANZ Indonesia where he’s overseeing the design of the core banking platform and development of e-delivery channels such as internet banking, mobile banking, ATM, online acquisition and digital marketing. Prior to this Hamdani was VP, head of e-business with Citi where he managed electronic banking channels including ATM, payments, mobile banking, internet banking, online web camera, online acquisition, e-statement and the online store. Hamdani started his career in 1995 as an underwriter for Asuransi Securindo Adhitama, and has won several awards including “Citibanker of the year” in 1997.

Dhenu Wiarsandi, Head of bank channel management, Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU)
Dhenu Wiarsandi is head of bank channel management at Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU)since 2011. His primary responsibilities are to establish and manage new online payment channels in partnership with banks as well as other payment institutions. Thanks to his work, DOKU, as Indonesia's leading electronic payments solutions provider, has established connections with major banks and payment partners both within and outside of the country. His passion for the e-commerce industry has led him to become an e-commerce evangelist since 2005, specialising in online payments. Previously, Wiarsandi led projects in the development of local e-commerce ecosystem.

Prashant Gokarn, Chief Strategy and Planning Officer, Indosat
Prashant Gokarn is currently chief strategy and planning officer of Indosat a position he has filled since 2011. In the past, he served as commissioner of Aplikanusa Lintasarta from 2012. He has also been head of Reliance Communications’ 3G business in India from 2010 to 2011, and head of corporate strategy from 2008 to 2010. Gokarn was a partner with Spectrum Value in London from 2000 to 2008.

  Foo Boon Ping, Managing Editor, The Asian Banker
Boon Ping manages The Asian Banker publication business and engages practitioners, customers, partners and the media on critical issues that impact the industry. He has more than 19 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, specializing in strategic branding, marketing communications and consumer insight. Prior to The Asian Banker, he was at United Overseas Bank (UOB), covering Singapore and key markets in the region, such as China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
  Ted Carluen, Research Manager, The Asian Banker
Ted Carluen oversees the Retail Banking Working Group from the Beijing office. He has in-depth knowledge of banking technology policies, processes, organization structures, and tools. As a previous IT Advisor at a leading private national bank in Indonesia, Ted introduced best practices and methodologies in facilitating the support and delivery of high quality IT services to support the increasingly rapid introduction of new products and capabilities of the bank. He has 19 years of IT work experience, and has held positions in several large technology organizations, including IBM and EDS. With IBM, Ted was an advisory specialist in desktop management services, infrastructure and systems management services, business resilience and continuity services, and strategic outsourcing. Ted holds a Masters degree from Singapore Management University.
