Mr. Chin Wei Min, Executive Director, Malaysia Securities Commission(SC)
He leads the Innovation and Digital Strategy division, and also oversees the data management, strategy and risk departments. SC became the first country in ASEAN to introduce a regulatory framework to facilitate equity crowdfunding (ECF), with six registered operators full operational in 2016. SC also announced the regulatory framework for peer-to-peer (P2P) financing, setting out the requirements for registration for P2P platform. Wei Min was formerly the Asia Pacific Managing Director for the Capital Market industry at Accenture. With more than 20 years of industry experience in the financial services sector, particularly in the emerging technology and digital domain, Wei Min led some of the recent digital transformation initiatives at some of the financial institutions including digital blueprint for one of the largest brokers in ASEAN.
Mr. Lukas May, Head of Banking, Transferwise
Lukas leads TransferWise's efforts to expand into new markets, establishing relationships with banks and regulators. TransferWise is a new kind of financial company for people and businesses that travel, live and work internationally. With a simple money transfer platform and Borderless accounts, it makes managing money quick and easy. TransferWise’s 2 million customers send more than £1bn every month using the platform, and it’s attracted $397million from investors such as world’s largest VC firm Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and Sir Richard Branson. Prior to starting TransferWise Lukas worked at the FCA, initially setting up the FCA from its predecessor, the FSA. Lukas then worked on the FCA's mandate to promote competition. Most recently he led a new team set up to promote useful innovation in financial services.

He has over 25 years of extensive experience in general management, sales and marketing in global payments, transactional business, digital and online retail sector, and emerging technology areas. In his most recent executive role in Visa Inc., This followed his experience being Visa’s Country Manager for Australia, where he was instrumental in not only doubling revenue over a three-year period, but also making Australia a leading global market for payment innovation. He brings significant global industry expertise and an innate understanding of Asia Pacific markets, which is vital in propelling BankBazaar’s expansion plans.
Mr. Dinis Guarda, CEO & Founder Lifesci and Ztudium
With over 20 years in international business and digital transformation, Guarda is internationally recognized as a top influencer and leader in fintech, blockchain and artificial intelligence. He was most recently appointed to the advisory board of Glance Technologies of Canada, who owns and operates Glance Pay, a streamlined payment system that revolutionizes how smartphone users choose where to dine, order goods and services, make payments, access digital receipts, redeem digital deals, earn great rewards & interact with merchants. He is a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, Cambridge University, Group INSEEC - Monaco University. Between 2014 and 2015 he was involved in creating a digital bank and investment platform between Asia and Africa funded by among others Rothschild family.
